At VidaCeuticals Health Products Inc, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that receiving your supplements promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
• For orders under $80, standard shipping rates will apply.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Canada Shipping
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
• For orders under $80, standard shipping rates will apply.
• Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• All prices on the website are in CAD.
International Shipping
We apologize, but we do not currently offer international shipping.
Please note:
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after noon EST will be processed the following Monday.

Free Shipping Program
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders with a minimum subtotal of $80.
*Note that the free shipping option is removed if any discounts or coupon codes reduce the subtotal below the minimum.
Shipping Times
Our fulfillment team is hustling to get your packages out quickly! Most orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed (business days only). Unfortunately, we process orders so fast that we cannot guarantee changes after submitting an order.
Our Fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends. Your order should arrive within seven business days.
How does my order ship?
Most orders shipped to Canada are shipped with Canada Post, and orders shipped within the United States are shipped with USPS.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in Canada or the US.
Can I ship my order to another address at checkout?
Yes. You can create a “Ship To” address at checkout or in your profile that is different from your billing address.
Do you offer International Shipping?
We are currently shipping to Canada and the USA. We apologize, but we do not currently offer international shipping.
