Return Policy

At VidaCeuticals, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we stand behind our products and offer a return policy for items purchased on our website. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund. Items returned outside of the 30 days may be eligible for store credit. To qualify for a full product refund, any returned supplements must have at least half of their contents remaining if the supplement is less than half full; VidaCeuticals reserves the right to provide store credit at our discretion upon receipt of the returned item.

Before returning any products for a return, replacement, or exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team. This can be done by utilizing our Refund Request Form. When submitting your request, please ensure that you also include some feedback on the item in question. This will help us fully understand your dissatisfaction and work to improve our products and services. Please don’t be shy; your experience and privacy are important to us!

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
